Services we provide
Our assessors conduct home energy ratings using computer simulations (FR5 or Hero ) to assess the thermal performance of your home. The assessment includes a star rating based on your plans and if necessary, suggested upgrades to achieve the required star rating.
New Residential Buildings
We undertake 6 Star and 7 Star energy assessments including Whole of Home for Architects, Builders, Developers and Individuals for both single homes, dual occupancies and townhouses.
Alterations and Additions
We can create a performance solution for your alteration and/or addition. Through consultation we endeavor to provide a performance solution using the best method for your project.
Deemed to Satisfy Reports
Deemed to Satisfy provisions can be met by complying with ABCB Housing provisions part 13.2-13.5. These provisions set insulation levels, glazing requirements etc. that when met are deemed to satisfy the performance requirements.
DTS reports are best suited to small alteration/additions & studios

Design Analysis can be undertaken to test designs meet energy requirements in all orientations.
